Real talk, if your periods are so bad that you are physically unable to get up or you pass out from period pains, then maybe you should go see a fucking doctor instead of complaining about it on the internet. Seriously, that’s not normal and if you aren’t overreacting when describing your periods…
Fun fact. The amount you will bleed Will not exceed 2 tablespoons
I like how there’s so many people who want to argue that Medic is canonly stoic and mature but in actuality he fucking implants primate organs in his teammates just to see what happens and is always so giggily and giddy about killing people.
both gc vs mf9k matches ended as confusing as the two reddit vs tumblr west matches :/
You’re clinging onto a victory you feel like you deserved after so much hard work because of how you felt you followed the rules.
You felt like the other team’s loss was a perfectly acceptable if not unfortunate loss, despite the circumstances for whatever reason - in our case, a simple pause to let a sub for the other team into the Mumble and the server. In their case, some personal shit involving a team leader, a member of the other team who wasn’t even there for the consolation finals and the rematch.
The rematch happens, and all you want is a fair game - to show people that maybe you deserve it, even if you lose. But deep down in your spirit of competitiveness, it’s like: we can’t lose.
And all you can think is: we worked so hard, we might never get this chance again, people are watching us, we’ve already got a bad name, we have to prove ourselves
we can’t lose
we can’t lose
what if we lose
And suddenly, the factor that changes everything presents itself, and then all you can think is we’re going to lose
we’re going to lose everything good we had going on and people are going to shove us aside for whatever bad mistakes we’ve made before that we’re just trying to make up for
we can’t win at this point. we’re going to lose.
And if THIS is how he feels as he watches one of his closest friends fall apart from TF2’s scene altogether, because this was the team he could have won on, this was the team that could have given him less bullshit - as he watches the glory he built and the roster he surrounded himself in when at one point he could have retired from it all fall apart like that?
I would say he deserves it, but it’s too familiar to what I felt.
I hate when people use the term “activist” like it’s a title that actually garners respect or recognition. People will call someone an activist the same way they would call them a lawyer or whatever their career is. “This is Anna, she’s an *insert movement here* activist” like they might say “This…
